Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification Policy

Our standards for identity verification and prohibited practices

    1. Prohibited Identification Practices

The following identification types are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate order cancellation:

    • Credit Privacy Numbers (CPNs) — Nine-digit numbers marketed as SSN alternatives are not valid government-issued identifiers
    • Synthetic Social Security Numbers — Fabricated or computer-generated SSNs not issued by the Social Security Administration
    • Employer Identification Numbers (EINs) — Business tax identification numbers cannot be substituted for personal SSNs
    • Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs) — ITINs are not accepted as a substitute for Social Security Numbers

Only valid Social Security Numbers issued by the Social Security Administration are accepted for authorized user tradeline services.

    2. Identity Verification Requirements

To protect all parties and ensure compliance, identity verification may be required before or after tradeline posting:

    • Government-Issued Photo ID — A valid, unexpired driver's license, state ID, or passport
    • Social Security Card — For verification of your Social Security Number
    • Proof of Address — May be requested if discrepancies are identified

Verification documents are reviewed manually and used solely for identity confirmation. Orders may remain pending until verification is complete.

    3. Cancellation & Non-Refund Policy for Fraud

Orders will be cancelled without eligibility for refund if any of the following are discovered:

    • Use of a CPN, synthetic SSN, EIN, or ITIN in place of a valid SSN
    • Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misrepresented identity documents
    • Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe
    • Misrepresentation of identity, legal name, date of birth, or address

This policy applies regardless of when the fraud or misrepresentation is discovered — before, during, or after tradeline posting.

    4. Client Responsibility

Before purchasing any tradeline, you are responsible for:

    • Reviewing your credit reports from all three bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) within the last 30 days
    • Ensuring your legal name, date of birth, and current address match exactly across all three bureaus
    • Resolving any discrepancies, freezes, fraud alerts, or disputes that may affect tradeline posting
    • Providing accurate and truthful information throughout the purchase process

Posting failures resulting from inaccurate or mismatched information on your credit reports are not eligible for refund unless covered by a specific guarantee.

Summary: This policy is designed to protect both our clients and our tradeline providers. We maintain these standards to ensure compliance with financial regulations and to provide reliable service to clients using valid identification. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact support before placing an order.
